You know we at Airs n Graces like to bang on about independents and by now, I hope, you know why. There’s far too many talented folks from all walks of life out there not getting their longer overdues from the mainstream.
You’ll often find me wittering on about Hardknock and again it’s for good reason. This night has given a lot of opportunity and love to underground artists giving them a rare, yet well deserved, platform to showcase their talents – That and it’s always a good ol’ jumping party. So the Hardknock family, and that is to be honest how it’s run over there, have released their first ever compilation CD featuring some mighty talents. From the hostess with the mostess, the founder of the night and the one-woman musical tour de force; Goldilocks to Afrikan Boy, Tinie Tempah, Random Impulse and Illaman (to name but a few). The production aint to be sniffed at either featuring some heavyweight bangers from the likes of the mighty, mighty Kashmir Kid and Semothy Jones.
