So, it’s that great British institution, the August Bank holiday this weekend. Typically, the weather may not be up to scratch but pay that no mind ‘cos there’s a lot of hot and heavy happenings going on all weekend including, my personal fave, Notting Hill Carnival. What better way to kick start it all then on Friday at a one off Hardknock special at the Legion in the heart of Shoreditch?!
Hardknock have teamed up with Fenchurch to bring you live PA’s from underground heavyweights Shystie, Ruff Squad, Dot Rotten and Sub Universe, plus DJs Logan Sama, Murkage Cartel, Goldielocks, Tanzanite and Drama.You can expect to hear anything with a dutty bassline. Grime, Dubstep, Hip Hop, Garage etc, strictly no Akon, Lady Gaga or Calvin Harris. The best bit? It’s FREE before 10pm and only £4 after. The evening kicks off at 9pm and it’s carriages at 2am.
