Fancy a bit of alternative culcha? Mutate Britain’s ‘One Foot In The Grove’ exhibition is something slightly different for you street art fiends out there. A 15,000 sqft beast nestled under the Westway in London’s Portobello Market, it encompasses street art, giant sculptures and installations. Check out new works by Obey (Sheperd Fairey, maker of the iconic Obama ‘Hope’ poster campaign) and Joe Rush (maker of Glastonbury’s Trash City) amongst others as you weave you way around the exhibition. When you’ve had enough visual stimulation, you can grab a bite to eat with culinary offerings from TV chef Andrea Oliver or rest your weary bones over a bevy at the fully licensed bar. Oh and they also have goodies for sale so you can nab some Christmas pressies at the same time.
Exhibition runs from 4th Dec – 20th on Fri/Sat/Sun only more info here
