Most often I would post something like this with a smallish intro and leave the rest up to you. Not in this case. In this case I know how much blood sweat and tears have gone into making this show and all the obsticles over come to make it happen! Street Talk is the brain child and first love of one Kevin Lanre, who’s a breath of fresh air in this smog ridden London. This gent is someone who sets his mind to something and then goes out to achieve exactly that without a big song or dance or any self concratuatlory backslappery about the place. I have rarely met someone who works so hard, is so determined to raise the bar and is so disinterested by the bullshit that surrounds him. This summer saw Kevin and his Street Talk crew, with the help of Boxfresh, pack up their London HQ and head over the pond to see how those New Yorkers go about their business. The result is Street Talk: A Tale of Two Cities and from what I’ve heard of their adventures I, personally, am looking forward to seeing the fruits of their labor.
